Audi reveals the 2009 RS6 Sedan
With 580 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque, this new Audi RS6 boasts a twin-turbo V10 with quattro permanent all-wheel drive.
Like the RS6 Avant, this RS6 Sedan drives like a racing car with its thrilling dynamics and superior power. It looks like an everyday car, but underneath all the features make this car a very powerful car.
The engine is high-tech, it uses several race-winning technologies including the FSI direct fuel injection, two turbochargers and dry-sump lubrication. The peak torque of 650Nm and peak power of 580 hp make this engine a monster.
This RS6 catapults to 100km/h in 4.5 seconds. Its top speed is 250km/h (155 mph).
The new automatic transmission system, the six-speed tiptronic, reduces the reaction time to one tent of a second. With this system, the driver can also manually change gears.
This RS6 will be available in mid-October 2008. Prices will start at 34 000 Euros.
